Good Friday to you, friend! I wanted to share with you a word of encouragement: We can only imagine what happened THE MOMENT Jesus died on the cross and what will happen when He returns.
This is a picture I took on the Mount of Olives located directly east of the old city of Jerusalem. It is now a Jewish cemetery and has been for the last 3,000 years, housing some 150,000 graves.
Those whose remains are here made great efforts to make sure they were buried on this plot of land. WHY? Because they wanted to be here and raised to life when their Messiah returns!
The moment Jesus breathed His last breath and died is significant. It rocked the world.
When Jesus said, “It is finished,” and gave up His Spirit, it changed everything!
I’m not sure what challenge you’re up against today, but please know I’m praying for you and holding on to this truth:
The battle you may be facing today will not outlast the VICTORY Jesus already secured for us 2,000 years ago on the cross!
